Model 2160 features a 7/8" square 18 gauge (1.2mm) tubular steel frame. The chair is constructed with a 2" thick molded foam over a plywood, flat seat panel. Foam covered plywood back panels fasten to the frame without visibility. Bottom of seat has a plasticized heavy-duty panel.
