Model 2170 features a 7/8" square 18-gauge (1.2mm) tubular steel frame. The chair features 2.5" thick molded foam over a plywood, flat seat panel. The back features foam covered plywood back panels fastened to the frame without visible fasteners. Bottom of seat features a plasticized heavy-duty panel.
