Model 6166 features a tight back design with an upholstered Box Sewn Seat. The Seat and Back features luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort.

The seat suspension system features 8 gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use.

The internal frame consists of CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade staples, premium glue, and 5/16" bolts and steel t-nuts.
