The Model 6220 features 3 loose reversible back cushions with 3" of foam wrapped in Dacron to create a soft comfort feeling.  The seat cushions have a sewn box seat top and bottom and are reversible for longer life.  The seat cushions have 5" of luxurious foam, covered with a layer of Dacron to create a pillow type comfort feel.

The internal assembly uses premium glue, stainless steel staples, and threaded fasteners. Model 6220 is constructed using 3/4" furniture-grade plywood. Seat suspension features sinuous springs of 8-gauge hardened steel with 16-gauge cross brace wires.
