Model 6300 features a semi-attached back design with an upholstered tight sewn seat. Seat cushion and back cushion feature luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort.
The seat suspension system features 8 gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use.
The internal frame consists of CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade stapled, premium glue and 5/16" bolts and steel t-nuts.
