Model 6331-FSL features a tight back design with loose reversible sewn seat cushions. Seat cushions feature luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort.
The seat suspension system features 8 gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use. The back suspension system features Luxurious quality foam supported by 12 gauge no sag sinuous springs with tie wires for cross support.
The internal frame consists of CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade staples, premium glue, and 5/16" bolts and steel t-nuts.
