Model 6340 features a tight back design with reversible seat cushions. Seat cushions sewn self-welt and 6" luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort.

Seat Suspension: 8 gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use. The back suspension system features Luxurious quality foam supported by 12 gauge no sag sinuous springs with tie wires for cross support.

The internal frame consists of CNC precision machined 3/4” furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade stapled, premium glue and 5/16" bolts and steel t-nuts.
