Model 6401 features a tight back design with Loose reversible Seat Cushion. The Lounge Chair seat and back features luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort.
The seat suspension system features 8 gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use.
The back suspension system features Luxurious quality foam supported by 12-gauge no sag sinuous springs with tie wires for cross support.
The internal frame consists of CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade stapled, premium glue and 5/16" bolts and steel “T” nuts.
