Model 6512 offers a tight back design with reversible seat cushions with a feature sewn self-welt and 6" luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort.  Seat suspension system features 8-gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use. The luxurious quality back foam is supported by 12-gauge no sag sinuous springs with tie wires for cross support.  The internal frame consists of CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frames are assembled with furniture grade staples, premium glue, 5/16" bolts, and steel t-nuts.
