Model 7801 features a tight back design with an upholstered tight sewn seat. Seat cushion and back cushion feature luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort.
Seat Suspension: 8-gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use.
Back Suspension: Back frame features contract grade rubber webbing interwoven for strength over plywood frame. Rubber webbing is covered with black denim.
Frame: CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade staples, premium glue and 5/16" bolts and steel t-nuts.
