Model 7802 features a tight back design with an upholstered tight sewn seat. Seat cushion and back cushion feature luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort.
Seat Suspension has 8-gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use.
Back Suspension has luxurious quality foam supported by 12 gauge no sag sinuous springs with tie wires for cross support.
Frame is CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade staples, premium glue, and 5/16" bolts and steel t-nuts.
