Model FD-1050 has an attached pillow back design with an upholstered tight sewn seat. Seat cushion and back cushion features luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort. Seat features an 8-gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use. Frame is CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade stapled, premium glue and 5/16" bolts and steel t-nuts.
