Model QI-242-CH features a tight back design with loose reversible sewn seat. Seat cushions feature luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort. With seat suspension featuring 8-gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use. Back Suspension: Luxurious quality foam supported by 12-gauge no sag sinuous springs with tie wires for cross support. The internal frame consists of CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade staples, premium glue, and 5/16" bolts and steel t-nuts.
